Founded in 2018 by Nigerian entrepreneur Kunle Soname, ValueJet is a Nigerian airline based in Lagos, which commenced flight operations in 2022. It has a hub at Murtala Muhammed International Airport and serves domestic cities including Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Yola, Benin, Asaba, Kano and Jos, and also provides charter services. The airline maintains a small fleet of three Canadian Bombardier CRJ900 aircraft, two of which were acquired from the Valencia-based Spanish airline, Air Nostrum.
The airline offers a tiered ticketing structure, with passengers able to book a ValueLite, ValuePlus or ValuePremium ticket. Each tier is more expensive and offers additional inclusions. For example, with a ValuePremium ticket, customers enjoy priority disembarkation, two pieces of checked baggage and exclusive seating in the first three rows of the aircraft.
