Passenger services operate out of Wilson Airport, whilst Skyward Express runs its cargo operations from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

Destinations for the airline’s scheduled passenger services include Eldoret, Lodwar‚ Mombasa‚ Diani‚ Malindi and Lamu, whilst the company’s tailored charter services are most often used for private holidays, group travel and corporate travel.

Skyward Express maintains a fleet of 10 aircraft, ranging in size. Passenger flights make use of a Fokker 1000 aircraft, holding up to 110 passengers, whilst the airline also operates five Fokker 50s (capacity 50), a single Fokker 70 (capacity 70) and three Dash8-Q300 aircraft (capacity 50).
