Air Alps is a now-defunct Austrian regional airline that operated out of Innsbruck Airport from 1998 until operations ceased in 2013. From its founding, the airline struggled with financial challenges, and went through several ownership changes and restructures. For a large part of its history, it was partially owned by the Italian airline, Meridiana and was also the subject of a takeover by now-defunct Austrian charter airline, Welcome Air. Air Alps also went through a period of operating flights under the brand name KLM Alps in cooperation with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, flag carrier of the Netherlands.

Air Alps’ moderate fleet of Dornier 328 turbojets predominantly served European destinations including Parma, Rome, Bozen, Vienna, Munich and Olbia, on the Italian island of Sardinia. It also operated seasonal charter flights to Italian destinations and leased some of its aircraft to rival airlines including Alitalia.
