Based in Mexico City, the Mexican flag carrier also has hubs in Guadalajara and Monterrey and operates flights to more than 90 destinations. Many of these are domestic routes, to cities and destinations including San Jose del Cabo, Mazatlan, Puerto Vallarta and Tijuana. Its flight network is also well connected to the neighbouring United States, with regular services between Mexican destinations and cities including Miami, San Francisco, Seattle, New York, Salt Lake City, Denver, Detroit and Boston. Further afield, Aeromexico offers services to Tokyo, Seoul, Rome, Madrid, London, Amsterdam and Paris, as well as to a handful of destinations in Latin America and the Caribbean, such as Santiago, Santo Domingo and Sao Paulo.

Aeromexico is closely interlinked with the American airline, Delta, one of the country’s ‘Big Three’. The two airlines put in place a joint commercial agreement which means that they share information, costs and revenues on all flights between the US and Mexico.

The airline operates a range of Boeing aircraft, with the majority of its more than 100 aircraft being the company’s 737-800 and 737 MAX 8 aircraft. It was the first airline in the Americas to launch a chatbot on its website.
